Mohammad Iftekhar Hossain
is a seasoned legal professional with over 8 years of experience across leading law firms, corporate organization, startups, and non-government organization. He is an Advocate enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council and a member of the Dhaka Bar Association. Mr. Hossain’s practice covers a wide spectrum of corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters. He regularly advises domestic and international clients on a variety of legal issues, including contract negotiation and drafting, reviewing legal documentation, cross-border trade, commercial transactions, as well as consumer protection, competition, and data protection laws. Mr. Hossain has extensive experience in compliance and risk management, including identifying regulatory obligations, conducting risk assessments, and providing strategic training and recommendations for mitigation. He regularly advises on legal issues involving NGOs, startups, banking and finance, employment and labour matters, and government regulatory affairs, combining legal precision with sectoral insight. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2017. He earned his LLB (Hons.) from the University of East London in 2014 and his LLM in Comparative Commercial Law from BPP University, London in 2015. Beyond legal practice, he is the Co-Founder of Lex Intell, a legal-tech initiative, and a passionate social activist and philanthropist.
